About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of user-centred digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create intuitive interfaces that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from research through to final delivery.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design system improvements.
- Present concepts and design solutions to clients and internal teams.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, ideally in an agency or SaaS environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Excellent understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics is a plus.
- Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree (preferred but not essential).
