Plugit Ltd is a certified technology provider focusing on providing global leading Financial Trading solutions, including CRM, MAMM, Social Trading tools and other fintech solutions for institutions operating in the financial markets.

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a full-time role at Plugit Ltd. The Account Management team is responsible for client retention and providing first-line support to company’s clients on a daily basis. The team is the initial point of contact for all incidents and requests that come from company’s existing clients.

Each TAM will be assigned with a number of clients, and will be responsible for on-boarding, providing support and basic troubleshooting, identifying and generating new sale opportunities from the assigned client portfolio. TAMs will also work closely with Sales and Support teams to conduct smooth work flow across the departments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a solid understanding of company’s offering and forthcoming releases
  • Managing the assigned client portfolio
  • Handling incoming client requests via chat, email and phone
  • Serving as the key connection between clients and internal teams
  • Creating a positive customer support experience, by handling requests in a timely manner while maintaining a professional attitude
  • Resolve or escalate any issues reported by clients, highlighted by monitoring system alerts or discovered during checks, in a quick and efficient manner
  • Solid understanding of client’s business strategy, able to give suggestions on how to make the most/optimize benefits by using our products/services
  • Assisting making relevant documents for the department
  • Following the processes and procedures of the AM department
  • Assisting making relevant documents for the department
  • Assisting training and guiding Junior TAMs
  • Assisting sales in meetings and presentations to demonstrate new products to existing and potential clients
  • Assisting client and support team to test system and de-bugging
  • Identifying and generate new sale opportunities from your client portfolio
Required Skills
  • Ability to grasp technical and financial concepts quickly
  • Having knowledge not only about our offerings, but also the industry (about different players in the industry, e.g. trading platform providers, LPs, bridge & aggregation providers, hosting providers, PB, POP etc.), important global events/news/trends
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with clients, maintaining a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to make professional business plans and reports
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to deliver within the deadline
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively

Qualifications
  • IT background, computer science/telecommunication/network etc
  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English. Additional language especially Chinese, Russian, Arabic represent a plus

The Senior Business Development Manager is a full-time role in Plugit Ltd. Main focuses of this role will be expanding our client base and brand awareness. A Senior BDM will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sale and to some extent marketing strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients and partners.

Main Responsibilities

 
  • Maintaining a solid understanding of company’s offering and forthcoming releases
  • Independently generate new sales according to the sales goals
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Through the in-depth understanding of client needs, competitor status, marketing trends and potentials, identify new opportunities and markets for the application of Plugit products and offerings
  • Creating a positive sales experience, by handling requests in a timely manner while maintaining a professional attitude
  • Following the processes and procedures of the Business Development department
  • Assisting making relevant documents for the department
  • Assisting training and guiding Junior BDs
  • Prepare sales documents ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build positive long-term relationships with new and existing customers and partners
  • Identification of competitive threats to the underlying base of the company and propose appropriate action
  • Provide guidance and training to junior BDM
  • Communication and Information
  • Report to and meet with, the HoBD on a weekly basis.
  • Represent and promote the interests of the company via external conferences and meetings
  • Ensure effective internal communications both within the external facing functions and across the organization
  • Provide quarterly financial results, forecasts and other KPIs for the internal and external facing functions

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in financial trading sales related role
  • Software or network sales experience
  • Skillfully on computer software and popular work tools
  • Full-time, candidates must have the right to live and work in the EU.
